VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR

BUILDING FUNDRAISER

 Friday, April 26 - Sunday, April 28

The Building Fund Raising Committee plans to raise some money by selling parking spaces during Spartanburg’s Spring Fling. We will use Central’s parking lot and the lot across Church Street. We need volunteers on Friday evening, April 26th, all day Saturday, and after church on April 27th. Each shift will be 3 to 4 hours and about 40 volunteers are needed to cover the necessary times.

If you are willing to help with this project, please call the church office (582-7263) and leave a message or send an email to: Gina Hamer.

 Upstate Friends Meetings

All worship services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sundays and the Zoom connection is:  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7045994999?pwd=L3VIdXZHNFZxVUNJSjhxa0dtUDlidz09

The Quakers meet in person on the first Sunday of each month in Central's Fellowship Hall.

The next in-person meeting is May 5, 2024

A social break follows the service with snacks.

The Mission Committee sends their sincere thanks to the members of Central for the generous contributions to the Lent Offering during the Lenten Season and also for your many donations of food items to the Mission Lenten Project for T.O.T.A.L. Ministries.

Several large bags of food items were delivered to T.O.T.A.L. helping to fill the emergency needs that they had.

As in the past, you supported both Central's Missions and T.O.T.A.L. Ministries. Central is a caring church and you showed this in your participation. Thank you so much. - The Mission Committee

Ways to Give to Central

We continue to be deeply grateful for continued support of the mission and ministry of Central Church. There are a few ways to continue to make offerings extremely easy.

  1. The US mail always works. We are at 233 North Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306.
  2. Contact the Financial Secretary to set up a recurring gift through an automatic bank draft.
  3. VANCO Mobile
  4. On the homepage on the church's website there is a "Give" link. Once you set up that app any additional gifts are as easy as one or two clicks.
