New Adult Application Process

A new adult application process will be implemented on Monday, March 4th. At that time, the adult application process will change to require that the results of the Criminal Background Check (CBC) must be received BEFORE the new adult volunteer can assume a leadership role.

Once an adult application is processed, the person is put in “pending.” The adult leader will get an email notice informing them their registration is being processed and they are NOT TO ASSUME ANY LEADERSHIP ROLE UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THE CBC PROCESS. The unit key 3 will also get an email.

An email will be sent to the applicant and unit key 3, stating the applicant can now be an active leader when the CBC results are acceptable.

NYLT Staff Interviews

Have you already participated in NYLT and looking to continue to develop as a leader? The 2024 NYLT is looking for youth staff members to serve on this summer's NYLT staff. The NYLT Leadership will be holding open interviews on Sunday February 21st, between 10am and 2pm. Want to join the team? Bring your Scouting resume and come to Base Camp on Sunday.

NEBC STEM Camp (4/16-4/19, 2024) 1st-5th Grade - Day Camp Session

STEM Camp: Down and Dirty From rocks to bugs, puddles to ponds, nature is full of wonder, excitement, and scientific discoveries! Over the course of the week, participants will delve into the what, how, and why of science, with a mix of games, activities, and a chance to choose what topics to dig a little deeper into (pun intended!)

NEBC Middle School Day Camp 2024 - Day Camp Session

Description: We have a new offering here at New England Base Camp! Based off feedback and registration patterns from last year, we’ve decided to extend the age at which folks can attend our standard day camp, with a twist! While 6th through 8th grade participants will still be able to hit all of the day camp classics (pool, ranges, waterslide, and more), this year of day camp will also help prepare them for more challenging experiences ahead, whether it be the high adventure camps we offer, or even overnight camp!
