March 2021
"This was beyond what I expected. I am very grateful for the love and support from these wonderful women. I feel so confident!" - Latalia
We are pleased to announce that we have hired Bianca Montalvo as our new Office Administrator, effective Monday, March 1. Below is more information about Bianca:

Bianca Montalvo was born and raised in West Palm Beach and has volunteered with Dress for Success periodically since 2011. She went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida in 2018. Throughout her time at USF, she served on the executive board of her fraternity as the Vice President of Foundation. In that role, she discovered a renewed passion for volunteering and engaging in the community around her.

Bianca began her career in sales in Tampa, FL with a company called CDW which specializes in providing IT products and solutions. Upon moving back to the Palm Beaches to work from home amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Bianca desired to re-engage with her hometown’s community which led her to reconnect with Dress for Success. She is excited to join the DFSPB team and transition into the nonprofit sector.
