Our 108th Home: Volunteer Opportunities Incoming!

Our 108th home will be built in Sanger, Texas. We are looking for groups of volunteers and individuals to help us construct this home alongside the William's family. No experience required, everyone can take a step to help provide affordable housing in our community!

Bank of America Grant

Bank of America is helping address the needs of our community related to affordable housing, by directing grant funding to Habitat for Humanity of Denton County! We received a grant for $15,500 for the Habitat Village! Thank you Bank of America.


The Bank of America's grant and partnership will help allow our affiliate to begin Phase 1 of our first housing development - The Habitat Village - which will be an affordable housing development of 35 homes.


With the constantly changing economic climate, charitable grants are critical to supporting nonprofits like us.


Champions Rotary 2nd Annual Golf Tournament is right around the corner! Thanks to their hard work, this event is sold out for the second year in a row! Champions Rotary Annual Golf Tournaments help support Habitat for Humanity of Denton County raise funds to build a home out in Justin, TX.


We are so excited to participate in this event and look forward to making this year even better! Thank you, Champions Rotary, for recognizing what a difference homeownership makes to families in our community.

Did you know you can volunteer at the ReStore? We are looking for several new volunteers to help out at the ReStore this year: Retail Associates, Donations Assistants, and ReStore Copilots. If interested, please visit our website for more information and to sign up.

We are raising funds to develop 8 acres of vacant land in Southeast Denton and establish a new "Habitat Village" housing development on the property. As many as 35 new affordable homes will be built alongside local families in need via this development. This project involves developing the infrastructure of this neighborhood, including the streets, sidewalks, utilities, proper drainage requirements, and everything else needed to support a neighborhood of 35 homes.
