Rx for Resilience: Elevate Elevate your thoughts, your perspectives, and your attitude. You don’t have to climb the Seven Summits to imagine the highest elevation possible - where you can see the patterns of your life, all that is below you, and all that you credit with getting you to your literal and metaphorical summit.   This week, think of how you can elevate yourself and others with kind thoughts, encouraging words, curious language, a diplomatic outlook, and a respectful way of dealing with difficult people and/or conversations. You always have the choice to elevate, whether you live at altitude, or at sea level. This is a powerful time to elevate self, family, community, and the world as a whole.
