County Property Assessment

Tyler Technology was contracted by Kent County Levy Court to do the reassessment of all properties in Kent County.
Tyler Technology staff are still working in the Dover area.
Tyler staff will not ask to come inside your home, they will come to the door and if you are available will be asking you some questions pertaining to your property. If you are not at home, they will still be measuring outdoors and doing the assessment. Tyler staff can be identified by bright yellow safety vests with Tyler on them, and a Kent County badge.
If you are unsure about anyone at the property - pictures and names of all data collectors can be found on Kent County's website below.
