Town halls will update members on power supply developments
The topic of LPEA's future power supply has been a hot one for the past several years. We are excited to share more details about this ongoing process with you and answer your questions and concerns.
October/November = money back from LPEA!
If you were an LPEA member between 1996 and 1998, you'll see a credit on your bill or a check in the mail from us. This is your Capital Credit refund, one of the benefits of being a member of an electric cooperative! 
Bodo Park project re-routes traffic along Animas River Trail
Bike and pedestrian traffic on the Animas River Trail will be re-routed Mondays through Fridays for the project’s duration. The trail will remain open to traffic on weekends and legal holidays.
LPEA wins grant to fund air-source heat pump pilot project
LPEA secured grant funds to help local income-qualified members adopt the latest in electric water heating technology – boosting energy efficiency and reducing utility bills along the way.

LPEA welcomes Brady Hamblin to our team! Brady spent the previous seven years working in a similar role at the electric utility in Farmington, New Mexico. Outside of work, he enjoys dirt biking, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
