EVERYONE should be electing to take the standard ARPA allowance and must do so during this reporting period. This is your only chance. Additionally, all spending should be reported under Expenditure Category 6.1, no matter if your project fits under another Expenditure Category.

If you are unable to access the U.S. Treasury’s portal (portal.treasury.gov/compliance) using your Login.gov sign on, you must contact Treasury directly either via email to SLFRP@treasury.gov or by calling their Contact Center at 844-529-9527.

The authority for Vermont municipalities to adopt face covering rules lasts until 04/30/22, after which any existing local face covering rules will be repealed by operation of law (i.e., sunset) and have no further force and effect.
