Recent Graduate Aims for Future as Foreign Service Officer

Catherine Cortez, a Mexican American student from Corona, Queens, finished her associate degree in journalism in December 2022. This spring, she will begin pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Catherine’s goal is to become a foreign service officer, a career that would merge her interests in working with people from diverse backgrounds, making a positive difference in her community, and traveling. • Staff should submit a Remote Work Agreement to their supervisor for approval. Supervisors should submit the entire department’s in-person/remote work schedules to their VP for review and approval.
  • Supervisors must submit the approved and signed staff Remote Work Agreements to Human Resources at LAGCCHR@lagcc.cuny.edu by January 31, 2023.
