It's been a busy week! Here are the highlights:
Thank you to everyone who took time out of their evening to join my telephone town hall on Monday. We had a productive conversation on rising inflation, the border crisis, the situation in Ukraine and more.

Congratulations to Brea Corporal Hunziker, Officer Slater, Dispatcher Turner, Sgt. Celmer, Officer Ortiz, Volunteer Thomas Nieto, Officer Spencer and K9 Officer Harris for being recognized on their outstanding work. Team Young was proud to join Brea Police Department in honoring their commitment to safety and service. 
Thanks to dedicated efforts from the City of Buena Park and help from St. Jude, Images Park is now fully ADA-accessible with new lighting, fitness equipment and a rubberized surface. Team Young was pleased to attend the unveiling and is grateful for this new and improved space for play in CA-39!
We know our adversaries are watching Putin's actions and our response as authoritarian regimes seek to spread influence and destroy any glimpse of freedom in their path.

The U.S. must lead and project strength.
Team Young was glad be with the 40th Infantry Division at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos for a Ceremony Retiring the Colors of the Korean War Veterans. We honor the veterans of the Korean War and we will never forget their dedicated service and sacrifice.
Orange County Acupuncture and Herbs works hard to be an advocate and resource for their patients as well as a collaborator throughout the healing process. Team Young was glad to help welcome their small business to our Fullerton community!

Join me on Facebook and Twitter this Women's History Month as we honor the women who blazed trails before us and celebrate the many women making communities better all across CA-39, the U.S. and the world. 
I asked the Biden administration in Wednesday's Foreign Affairs Committee hearing how they are implementing the War Powers Resolution and 2001 AUMF authority. 

Congressional oversight is vital to prevent reckless use of military force as tensions run high with Ukraine invasion. 
I am committed to helping California's 39th District get through the COVID-19 pandemic better than before. As we reopen our communities and get people safely back to work, I will do all that I can to make sure my constituents receive the relief you deserve.
