FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
Application deadline May 17, 5:00 PM PST
CCMBM is pleased to announce the CCMBM Junior Investigator Travel Award, which is intended to support the travel of trainees to develop expertise, network, or acquire skills in a field at a scientific conference that the applicants may otherwise be unable to attend. The award is particularly designed to encourage travel to a conference where the trainee may not be presenting an abstract, but where interactions with other attendees and participation in conference activities can serve as a springboard for trainees to transition to the next stages in their scientific careers. Apply online by May 17, 2022.
Application deadline May 24, 11:59 PM EDT
This is an exclusive opportunity for Early Career Investigators to join a cross-disciplinary global research team that tackles a major challenge in human health and disease. Applicants must have obtained their doctorate in science and technology and be involved in active research for 10 or fewer years. In addition, candidates must hold an independent, tenure-track, or equivalent faculty position at a university, private research institution, academic medical center, or national government laboratory. Apply today for this career-defining experience.
The SEPA program supports Pre-K to grade 12 (P-12) and informal science education (ISE) activities that: (1) enhance the diversity of the biomedical, behavioral and clinical research workforce and (2) foster a better understanding of NIH-funded biomedical, behavioral and clinical research and its public health implications.
