Yesterday, the Roadium informed us that the distributors of the Sing 2 movie postponed the release in DVD and BlueRay. This means that, unfortunately, they cannot get the movie for our Friday event. The new movie pick is Boss Baby 2 - Family Business. We hope you will still choose to come to the event and enjoy a wonderful evening with the Jefferson and Alta Vista Communities, but we will honor any refund requests received before 3:00 PM on Friday, March 4th. Please send your request to gloria.macri@gmail.com and indicate "Movie Refund Request" and the name of the ticket buyer in the subject line.
Checking in at the Movie Night:
When you arrive at Roadium, please have the order confirmation PRINTED. Our check-in volunteers will simply collect the printed order confirmation and you will immediately make your way inside where you will be assisted by the Roadium staff to find a parking spot. Having your order confirmation printed will significantly speed up the check-in process. If you cannot find the email with your order confirmation, please reach out to me at gloria.macri@gmail.com and I will re-send your confirmation email. We will also have a printed list of all ticket buyers at the gate, in the event that you cannot print the document. Anyone who does not have a printed confirmation and is not on the list will have to pay $20 at the door, as long as we still have capacity.
At the event we will sell foam glow sticks and they will be priced at $3 each. If you pay cash, please have exact change if possible. If you need to use the credit card, we will also have a Paypal option.
This event will happen rain or shine. It may be chilly, so dress warmly and bring blankets.
You are welcome to sit in your car or to set up chairs near your car.
If you want to be parked close to your friends during the movie, please make sure that you are driving close together before you reach the Roadium.
You can access the movie sound through your car radio. You may also choose to bring a portable radio - instructions on how to tune to the proper frequency will be provided at the Roadium.
We will have many food trucks, but there may still be a wait for food, especially if everyone is ordering right before the movie. Please keep that in mind and be patient. :) You are also free to bring your own food.
