If you have not filed your business state tax extension yet, please do NOT forget!!!
Your business state tax extension has been sent to your Tax Portal for retrieval.
Here’s a refresher for what and how to do this using our super-duper Tax Portal system.
1. Log into your Tax Portal.
2. Here are the action steps to help you through the retrieval of extension requirements. CLICK HERE
3. Print out the state extension and filing instructions.
4. Write a check from your practice to pay for the license fee (this is NOT a penalty, it is owed to the state no matter what).
5. Mail the voucher and check to the indicated Department of Revenue at the indicated address as soon as possible.
We realize North Carolina is due a month later. Please send it now.
South Carolina and Georgia are due March 15th which is right around the corner.
We have already filed the federal extensions for you. We have your back (and ours!).
