High Performance SoM Accelerates Product Development
The COMXpress Stratix® 10 SoC System-on-Module (SoM) is the industry’s first Intel® Stratix® 10 SX SoM available in a standard COM Express 3.0 Basic form factor, Type 7 module. This SoM incorporates the highest density Stratix® 10 SX FPGA for processing huge/complex data algorithms in four separate DDR4 memory channels. Using this SoM obviates FPGA design complexity which enables the engineering team to focus on the higher value aspects of the product thereby reducing both development time and resources.
The COMXpress Stratix® 10 SoM can be plugged onto the COMXpress PCIe carrier board to enable concurrent software and system development. The COMXpress PCIe carrier board can be used in a server platform with its PCIe Gen3 x16 lanes and offers a wide variety of high-speed interfaces.

Blanview - Ortustech’s Unique LCD Technology for Outdoor Applications
Blanview is Ortustech’s unique TFT-LCD technology provides high contrast and crisp images even in bright circumstances where sunlight hits the display surface directly. Built with high-quality amorphous silicon (a-Si) technology know as HAST (Hyper Amorphous Silicon TFT) Ortustech succeeded in generating new type TFT-LCD with a great balance between Sunlight Readability and Low Power Consumption.
Blanview technology takes advantage of both Transmissive and Transflective displays which utilizes back light and reflective resistors. Blanview enhances the outdoor readability and offers high NTSC ratio under any lighting conditions, even when exposed to the direct sunlight of 100,000lux. Another significant advantage of Blanview technology is the ultra-low power consumption: about 30% power savings when compared to the traditional Transmissive displays. Blanview LCDs are perfect for any outdoor portable handheld applications driven by battery power.

Leopard’s Stereo Vision Cameras provide depth perception for machine vision
Stereo vision is the technique of using two cameras, that are synchronized together to simulate human binocular vision, and create depth perception for machines. Binocular vision is how humans navigate around objects, and as such, is being employed in more and more arenas, as we learn to automate parts of our world.

The applications for stereo vision are increasing. Robots that move items around in a warehouse – whether storing or retrieving, need to be able to determine depth to navigate aisles and objects. Object manipulation also requires the ability to sense in 3D, to provide correct orientation and placement. Production lines are another place where sensing the 3D is becoming increasingly helpful and of course, robotics – creating a machine to interact and move as a human can, requires the ability to understand its environment. AI/VR, Home surveillance, 3D gesture control, medical cameras and research environments are all finding homes for new stereo vision applications.

Leopard imaging has a growing range of stereovision camera modules to fit a variety of needs. With a horizontal field of view ranging from 50 degrees to 180 degree fisheye lenses and resolutions from VGA up to 3840 x 2160, the Leopard range covers many different applications and price points.

Backed by a range of image processing engines, we can find a solution that fits your needs and processing requirements. Utilizing both rolling and global shutter sensors, we have solutions for slow and fast moving environments. There are color and mono sensor options depending on your application.

Many of the options are customizable, so talk to us about your stereo vision needs today, and we’ll work together to find the perfect solution.
