Each year, we organize many events, including networking coffees, fireside chats, and major sectorial conferences such as the Life Sciences Panorama, now recognized by the life science community as the annual catalyst for knowledge exchange and networking. With the current pandemic, we quickly shifted our services and offerings to virtual events and live chats.

The French American Business Awards is an annual competition open to any company doing business in both France and New England. It culminates in a pitch competition and an award ceremony.

Helping our community during exceptional times
|
The pandemic presented unique challenges to our members, sponsors, and friends. Our board actively worked with our community during these challenging business times to ensure that everyone had all available resources at their disposal. As a chamber of commerce, we exist to help businesses thrive, including providing support when economic and operational conditions change.
|
|
We are interested in potential board members willing and able to participate actively on the Board, including attending board meetings (5 per year) and other events, joining one or multiple Forums, and contributing time to FACCNE projects between board meetings.
We are looking for candidates with qualities or experience such as:
- Active in the local community, especially local startups, Biotech/Pharma, social media, new technology, innovation and marketing, finance, and capital markets.
- Affiliation with leading academic institutions, integrated health systems, and or local business networks is a strong plus
- Fundraising ability/experience is a strong plus.
