Winter Break Wishes: Stay Safe and Be Joyful

As we enter the much-awaited Winter Break, we would like to take a moment to express our sincerest gratitude for your support throughout this year. As a Board, we are proud to serve such a generous and engaged community who is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for our students and staff.

During this well-deserved break, we encourage you to take time for yourselves and your loved ones. It is essential to recharge and rejuvenate, allowing us to come back in the new year with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Whether you are traveling, spending time with family, or enjoying the coziness of home, we hope you find joy and peace in every moment.

As we look ahead to the new year, we are excited for the opportunities it will bring. We look forward to engaging with you in our endeavors and continuing making a difference in the lives of our students.

On behalf of the PTSA, we wish you a joyful and safe Winter Break. May it be filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to an amazing year ahead!

Warmest regards,

Branda Andrade, President

Did you contribute yet?

RHS PTSA raises fund through Pass the Hat where we reach out to all RHS families. Suggested contribution is $100 per student but no amount is too big or too small. If you have not contributed for the year, click here to donate today! We appreciate your contribution!

Match Donation

Does your employer match donations?

As the year comes to an end, we want to remind you about corporate matching. Many companies will match their employees' charitable contributions, effectively doubling the impact of each donation. Microsoft, Google, Boeing, Starbucks are a few that do match.

Thank you if you already donated to RHS PTSA this school year. Your donations help enhance the educational experience of our students.

LINKS Lunch Buddies Needed

In the LINKS (Looking Into the Needs of Kids and Schools) Lunch Buddy Program, we bring students together with caring adults. Mentors come to schools once weekly for one hour in a preassigned area to eat, play games, make crafts, talk and more, in support of students who need a little extra one-on-one attention.

Male mentors and Spanish-speaking mentors are especially needed. Email lunchbuddy@lwsd.org for more information, or visit lwsd.org/links. LINKS is part of the Lake Washington School District, with additional funding provided by the Lake Washington Schools Foundation.
