June 9, 2020

Dear Neighbors,

We hope you and your ‘ohana are doing fine during these unusual times. We wanted to let you know that this Saturday, June 13 there will be an intimate, in-person 6th Grade graduation ceremony on campus, beginning at 4:30 pm. Please know that Mayor Caldwell approved this event. We have secured a police officer to be onsite to offer assistance as needed. We anticipate minimal, if any, parking/traffic challenges as each graduating family will have a designated parking spot on campus. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Additionally, we wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with an update to the work being done at 1911 Ke‘eaumoku Street. We are happy to report that all major structures have been demolished and the resulting debris has been properly disposed of. We will soon begin rough shaping of the property which will involve removal of soil and overgrowth. We anticipate relatively less noise and disruption to our neighbors during this phase.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Tony Yee, Director of Operations, at ayee@hanahauoli.org or 949-6461. We wish you a wonderful summer.

Sincerely,
Lia Woo Anthony Yee
Head of School Director of Operations
