Summit: The CUNY Institute for Health Equity at Lehman College hosted Migration and Health: A Human Rights Perspective. Local community organizations; New York State Assembly member Yudelka Tapia; New York City Council member Peirina Sanchez; and summit partner, City Tech, were among the participants. Also shown are School of Health Sciences, Human Services, and Nursing Dean Elgloria Harrison; Institute Director Dr. Maria Isabel Roldós; Lehman President Fernando Delgado; and Ricardo Fernández–president of the College from 1990-2016. Spectacular: The Lehman Community enjoyed a motivational Master Class from Judge T. Micheal Peay talking about how someone can grow from humble beginnings to spectacular endings. Judge Peay shared:

"Showing up and being on the scene is one of the understated secrets for a successful life."
