Black History Month

This month we celebrate the rich history and culture that Black Americans have contributed to our wonderful country. The contributions that Black Americans have made have helped to create a more perfect union and made us stronger as a nation. Vessels celebrates diversity and invites you to join us in honoring Black History all this month!
Kindergarten Informational Meeting has Changed!

Kindergarten registration for the 2022-2023 school year is almost here! Join us on Wednesday, February 23 at 1:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to learn more about our programs and learn why Vessels is such a special place for kindergarteners! Make sure to tell a friend that Vessels kindergarten is the best place to learn and grow! Click the link on Wednesday, February 23, at either time to join in on the conversation!
Valentines Day Drive-Through

Join us on Friday, February 11 at 4:00 p.m. for another Vessels PTA event in the Vessels lot. The last event was a huge success and we look forward to another blockbuster event!

Attention 6th-Grade Families

As we inch closer to the wonderful 6th-grade camp experience of High Trails, I wanted to let you know that we are still collecting suggested donations of $315 for the four days of learning and fun, Monday, March 7 through Thursday, March 10.

I will host two informational meetings via Zoom to discuss the details of the trip and talk about the safety precautions and COVID protocols Camp High Trails has in place to keep the kids safe. Please Zoom in at 9:00 a.m. and/or 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 11. Click the link on the date and time(s) to join in on the conversation.
Health Reminders

We encourage families to follow health and safety practices in accordance with the California Department of Public Health and the Orange County Health Care Agency:

  • If your child has symptoms related to COVID-19, please make sure they stay home and get tested if necessary. 
  • Please keep them home from school if they exhibit the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
  • If a member of your household tests positive for COVID-19 or is awaiting test results, please do not send your child to school and notify the Vessels front office. 
  • Limit close contact with people who are sick, and avoid sharing food, drinks, or utensils.
