Phobruary


VIA is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated 11th Annual Phobruary. This month-long celebration spotlights some of Silver City's beloved Southeast Asian restaurants, Thai Bar-B-Que, Bamboo Restaurant, and Vientiane Noodle Shop.


Thai Bar-B-Que, Bamboo Restaurant, and Vientiane Noodle Shop invite you to indulge in specially priced $7.00 bowls of Pho, a flavorful Vietnamese noodle soup.


Beginning Wednesday, February 1st, and running throughout the month, VIA will host giveaways for restaurant-goers. Customers will have the chance to win a $25 gift card to one of the participating restaurants.

What VIA's Been Up To!

Brew City Match

VIA is the newest organization to join Brew City Match (BCM), a program that provides both technical assistance and grant funding to small businesses looking to grow or expand. We are currently working with two property owners and three business owners and are seeking more participants!

Turnkey Home Sold

This past December, one of our Turnkey Renovation homes that VIA developed in the Lindsay Heights neighborhood was sold! Congratulations to another Milwaukee Family on becoming a homeowner - VIA is proud to be a part of this significant milestone.


Affordable, safe, and healthy housing is the foundation to strengthen and revitalize neighborhoods where everyone can thrive.

2024 Neighborhood Meetings

We have a lot of exciting events & programming lined up for Milwaukee neighbors to participate in 2024, including monthly neighborhood meetings at VIA. 


During our monthly neighborhood meetings, we will discuss a variety of topics, including neighborhood safety, beautification projects, community resources, and more. Join us as we explore and address various aspects that contribute to the well-being and enhancement of our community.

Spring Primary

The Spring Primary is on Tuesday, February 20th. The February ballot will include candidates for local, nonpartisan positions, such as school board members, county supervisors, and city alders.

Interested in requesting an absentee ballot? Applications for absentee ballots must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election (February 15th).

March 13th - Home Repairs

Learn about programs such as critical repairs, emergency repairs, and accessibility modifications all at low cost to no cost.


April 10th - Loteria

Join the fun! Invite family, friends, and neighbors for a night of Loteria. Everyone will have the opportunity to create

their own Loteria card, and play to win prizes.
