Quiet Oaks Newsletter May 2021
Finding blessings out of our challenges is what we're about.
________________________________________________________________________
The biggest blessing was the overwhelming support from
volunteers, community sponsors and continuous donations.
Quiet Oaks could not fulfill our mission without each and everyone of you!
________________________________________________________________________
2021 is our "Better Together" year,
making a difference in our community...TOGETHER!
CORNER OF THANKS
New Bird Feeders
Thank you to Pat Obstarczyk and Thomas Kinn for their generous donation of bird feeders and bird food. Or as we at Quiet Oak refer to them...squirrel feeders.

#BetterTogether
Falcon Bank Volunteers
Check out the crew from Falcon National Bank! They volunteered their time, on this beautiful day, to help with spring cleaning of our gardens. We couldn't do it without the support of friends like these and the many other community members that give of themselves to make this place a home.

#BetterTogether
Lexis Nexis Volunteers
A HUGE Thank You to LexisNexis for spending the day at Quiet Oaks doing various maintenance projects in the cottage and cleanup of the pond. This group has committed volunteer hours to Quiet Oaks annually for the past several years. We appreciate their time and generosity so very much!

Staff Supports
Lakeside Nutrition

The Quiet Oaks nursing staff made an impromptu visit to our nurse Sara's Lakeside Nutrition shake shop in Annandale! If anyone gets the chance to stop out and support Sara and her staff, we would highly recommend their shakes! YUM!
