When I was a girl, my Dad would greet us four kids every morning with an enthusiastic “Good Morning! Today is another day in which to excel!” And it was. Every day new.

Makes me think of that proverb that the best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, and the next best time is now. That’s true about real estate too. Sure, maybe the best time to buy your home or investment property was 20 years ago. But you were just a young sprite then, right? 

Now, I can’t predict the future. No one can.

But I can tell you from personal experience: over the long haul, through market highs and lows, owning investment property has been a great way to produce passive income, tax benefits and diversification. The next best time to make your real estate investment is now. March Forth!
