This Week's Chamber Chatter: "Good Morning, Simsbury!" Simsbury Development Update, Camp Bow Wow Ribbon Cutting and more!

A huge thank you to the Simsbury Department of Public Works for keeping the roads safe during this crazy stretch of weather over the last few weeks, and in the days ahead.

Good Morning, Simsbury!

It's the first "Good Morning, Simsbury!" of February. Be sure to join us this Thursday at 8 a.m. for the virtual networking event. The 5 minute presentation will be done by Stephanie Deschaine of Anthology of Simsbury.

Senior Center Program

The Connecticut Science Center is offering a state-wide virtual Senior Center Program called, "Unlock Ancient Stories with DNA" The event will cover what life was like a 11,00 years ago. Plus, learn how they use DNA to sequences to determine what they looked like back then.

The event is Friday February, 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Camp Bow Wow Ribbon Cutting

Don'y forget! This Friday is Camp Bow Wow's Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The event is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. We hope Chamber members will come out and show their support!

In addition, on Saturday, February 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Yappy Tails Rescue and Double Dog Rescue we will be holding an adoption event! The Bow Wow tours will be held on both days.
