Attention all Trust-funded providers! Please note the renewals of our major initiatives will start in March and end in May 2021. It is imperative that your data is up to date in Trust Central-SAMIS. As a reminder, the due date for all data entry for services provided through January 31, is February 28. Any data entered beyond that will not be taken into consideration for renewals.
Youth After-School K-5 Reminders
K-5 Attendance
Daily attendance should be entered as usual. For participants that have moved from virtual to in-person services, ensure that attendance is no longer being entered under the virtual group. Attendance must be entered under the group that is attached to the site at which the participant attends. Group naming conventions should still include the fiscal year and the timeframe. Temporary site changes due to COVID protocols do not require a new group.

Assessments
Mid-test assessments should have been completed by this time and should be entered as a mid-test admin point in SAMIS. As a reminder for providers that have transitioned back to in-person programming from virtual, the PACER assessment should have been completed at this time. If a participant is being tested with one of the assessments for the first time, as is the case for the PACER, this assessment score should also be entered as a mid-test admin-point, as it is being administered within the mid-test admin point timeframe.
