THE FUTURE OF THE WHS PTSO DEPENDS ON YOU!
There are opportunities to get involved with the WHS PTSO at the leadership level for the 2022-2023 school year. The PTSO has been hard at work this year to streamline its operations and to get a head start on planning for next school year, making leadership roles during the 2022-2023 school year more manageable and rewarding than ever before. The PTSO provides important support to our school and our community but we can't do this without the involvement of volunteers.

There are also opportunities to get involved at the committee, coordinator and liaison levels. Check out www.whsptso.org/volunteer for updated descriptions of the various roles within the PTSO. You can even fill out a form on that page to indicate your interest in volunteering!

Interested in learning more? Email PTSO President, Sarah Laybourn, at whsptsopres@gmail.com and/or attend the “Meet the PTSO” event on April 27 at 9 am in the WHS Faculty Dining Room.

Help the WHS Robotics Team Get to Worlds

Your financial support is needed to help the WHS Robotics Team get to the FIRST World Championship in Houston from April 20-23! Please consider contributing to support these motivated, talented students from WHS! Donate using this link.
The Wellesley Robotics Team was formed by 6 Wellesley High School students who wanted to take on a big and inclusive STEM challenge during COVID lockdown. We have grown this year to 47 WHS student members who independently learned mechanical, electrical, coding and CAD (computer-assisted design) skills to design and build a 125-pound robot in a team member's garage. The learning, growth, and teamwork have been inspiring! You can see our robot in action on our fundraising page (ours is robot 8567).
