Thank you for your investment in praying for the ministry of CCI. 

Here are this week's prayer requests and praises.

NEW ZEALAND

We praise God that New Zealand will have a new class starting in 2023 in Napier at Living Waters Church with Rev. Jone Kacivi under Dr. Bernard Lee, CCI Board member and CCI teacher. Please pray for these pastors and church leaders attending the training that they will learn effectively for fruitful ministry.

Streams Community Church has been teaching CCI classes for six years. They have had nine graduates, three have become teachers, and two are undergoing teacher training. Praise the Lord.

VIETNAM

Pray for the CCI staff dealing with the high inflation in Vietnam. It affects travel since everything is gradually increasing, and the VND currency is losing its value. Please pray for God’s provision so that classes can be taught continuously.

Pray for CCI’s security, especially our Hmong Coordinators. Our South Hmong Coordinator is finding a church to work as a pastor in order to avoid being spied on by the local authority about his ministry with CCI. The para-church organization, like CCI, causes misunderstandings with authorities. May God protect our staff and those working with church leaders.

A special class for Hmong teachers in Ha Noi has been postponed until after the Tet Holiday (Lunar New year), February of 2023, due to the bus ticket’s price increasing before the national holiday. Please pray that the CCI class can be taught and that all participants will find a way to get to the class.

As the year draws to a close, may God continue to protect us, guide us, and help us. May He grant us clarity of mind, peace of mind, wisdom, and overflowing joy.
