You have made it to the finish line! Below is important information. Please read carefully, so graduation day runs smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful year! We are looking forward to celebrating the Class of 2021 at TIAA Bank Field on June 3rd.

Information from Nease

For the 10 seniors who did not pick-up their cap & gown last Wednesday or yesterday, you will receive items AFTER graduation rehearsal on June 1st.

Seniors who still have textbooks and/or laptops (DL students) MUST return items THIS week or you will not receive graduation tickets after rehearsal. Students must be dressed within the dress code to enter campus.

Cap Decorating Only 2-D decoration representing a university, college, or military branch is allowed. No quotes or pictures. Caps that violate decorating guidelines will be taken at graduation inspection and replaced with a plain cap.

Graduation Dress Code Graduates need to be appropriately dressed, respecting the formality and tradition of commencement. We require business professional attire. Boys should wear nice pants and dress shoes. Girls should wear a dress or dress slacks and appropriate footwear (no stilettos). Jeans, shorts, flip flops or sneakers are NOT allowed. Graduation gowns are custom keepers. You are not allowed to wear gowns from an older sibling as it will not match with the 2021 gowns. Gowns must be zipped.

MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal is Tuesday, June 1st from 5-7pm at Nease's stadium.

Graduation tickets (10/student) and honor/academy cords will be distributed at the conclusion of graduation rehearsal on June 1st. Students will receive a parking pass for graduation after rehearsal.

GRADUATION DATE: Thursday, June 3rd at 7pm at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville. Students must be present by 6pm.

TICKETS
This is a private event and is closed to the public. You must have a ticket to enter. Any guest without a ticket will not be permitted access to the facility. Please direct all ticketing questions to the school of the graduating senior.

The event will be held, rain or shine.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests should not attend if: they have, or if someone in their household has, COVID-19 and/or symptoms that may evidence COVID-19; they have traveled within the last 14 days to an area with substantial community spread of COVID-19.

All guests will be required to wear a face covering upon entrance to the facility, and throughout the event where social distancing is not possible. Guests should bring their own face covering. Face coverings will not be available onsite at the event.

Any guest not abiding by social distancing requirements and other facility policies may be asked to exit the premises.

PARKING
All guests should park at a charge of $5.00 per car in the designated event parking lots J,M,N and P . All parking spaces are available on a first come, first-served basis. All transactions will be cashless (debit/credit cards only); no cash sales. Parking lots open at 4:00 pm.

ENTRANCE GATES
Please enter with all members of your party. Guests will seat themselves in the open seating sections of the stadium. Guests are not permitted to save or reserve seats.
Gate(s) will open at 5:30 pm. Please allow enough time to enter through the security gates and get to your seat.

Guests are permitted to carry (1) clutch, bag, or wallet no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" or CLEAR bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Please minimize what you bring into the stadium to help expedite the security bag check process. To minimize touch points of personal items when going through security screening, please place personal items (i.e., cell phones, keys, wallets) in a clear bag or zip lock prior to entering the gates.

Upon conclusion of ceremony, Students & Guests are encouraged to exit via the same security gate that they entered in and reunite in the Parking Lots. Please do not congregate inside the seating bowl, East Club, or inside stadium gates.

Smoking Policy
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is NOT permitted at TIAA Bank Field. Fans who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

ADA Needs
For the safety of our staff and guests to minimize touch points, if you require a wheelchair, please bring one with you. Elevators will be reserved for guests with ADA needs only. All other guests will be directed to use the stairs or escalators inside the club lobby.

Food and Beverage
Prepackaged food items and beverages will be available for purchase at the stadium. All transactions will be cashless (debit/credit cards only).

Ceremony Livestream
Guests who are unable to attend the in-person ceremony can visit the link below to watch the ceremony. Ceremony will be live during the scheduled event time only.

You can purchase your graduates a one-of-a-kind, custom jersey for one of the proudest days of their life.
How to order

To order a customer jersey, student’s parents can email jagsproshop@fanatics.com. One of our team members will reach out to you to confirm your order and finalize your payment within 1 business day.

In the email please include the following:
Size: (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2XL, 3XL)
Color: (Teal, Black)
Name on the jersey: One name only. First and last name will not fit on the jersey.
Number on the jersey: Numbers available are 00-99

Orders must be placed no later than May 27th. Jersey price is $184.99 + tax.

Where to pick up
Jerseys will be available for pick up on graduation day at TIAA Bank Field. Jersey pick up will be available from the time gates open until the start of the ceremony on the plaza level outside of the East Club. If jerseys need to be picked up sooner, arrangements can be made.
