Root Beer BBQ - Jeff Belmont

4 lb Boston butt 

2 liter of Root Beer

bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Hamburger buns for serving

1. Place pork in slow cooker and pour root beer over the meat until covered.
2. Cover with lid and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, 7 to 9 hours. 
3. Drain well. Stir in BBQ sauce. 
4. Serve on lightly toasted hamburger buns.

Note: Actual cooking times may vary from slow cooker to slow cooker.
