Emily Fitzgerald
CBRE Loan Services, Association of Property Lenders
Emily is a Board Member of the Association of Property Lenders and oversees loan workout, loan valuation and loan sale across the UK & EMEA at CBRE Loan Services. Emily has spent over 18 years in CRE debt and structured finance in the UK, EMEA and the US and has managed some of the largest and most complex loan workouts in CMBS, including the restructuring of Four Seasons Healthcare in 2008. She joined CBRELS from Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, where she was a Director of Global Workout for three years after spending five years in Origination & Underwriting. Prior to that she was Head of Commercial Real Estate Servicing at Oakwood Global Finance (now Pepper UK) and Vice President of Special Servicing at both Barclays Capital (‘BCMS’) and Hatfield Phillips International (‘HPI’) during the financial crisis. She started her career in CRE structured finance at Blackrock’s New York office.
Amina Ibrahim
PIMCO
Amina is a senior vice president and product strategist in the London office, focusing on real estate offerings for institutional clients. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2023, she was a senior vice president at LaSalle Investment Management, responsible for product development and product management for several European and global strategies across equity and debt investments. Previously, she held product specialist roles at Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen), Invesco, and Aviva Investors. She has 11 years of investment and financial services experience and holds a master's degree in real estate from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School). She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Reading.
Jennifer Murray
Homes England
Jennifer began her investment management career at Schroders where she was fund manager for directly invested real estate funds and multi manager property portfolios on behalf of pension fund and charity clients for over 15 years. Prior to joining Homes England, where she leads on equity investment and attracting institutional capital within the Government’s housing and regeneration agency for England, Jennifer was a fund manager for Tesco Pension Investments. While managing the scheme’s international real estate portfolio she developed a professional interest in the residential sector as an institutional investment class. Jennifer is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum. She represents Homes England on Association of Real Estate Funds (AREF), Investment Property Forum (IPF) and Urban Land Institute residential committees.
Louise Warden
LPPI
Louise is an Investment Director and Head of Real Estate at LPPI. In her current role, she is responsible for leading LPPI’s real estate team and overseeing the real estate portfolio, managing both direct and indirect real estate in the UK and overseas. She is responsible for strategy, origination, execution and management of the group's real estate investments. Louise is an experienced real estate professional with over 15 years’ experience, working in both the UK and Middle East. Louise joined LPPI in 2019 from West Yorkshire Pension Fund and prior to this worked at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi, in addition to holding various real estate valuation and consultancy roles with CBRE, JLL and GVA (now Avison Young). Louise holds an undergraduate degree in Law (LLB), an MSc in Real Estate Management and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
