 NOTICE OF TWO CONGREGATIONAL MEETINGS

Our UUCGT bylaws require that notice of Congregational meetings be provided to each member. The UUCGT Board of Trustees has scheduled two upcoming Congregational meetings.[These apply only to voting Congregants.]

  
 
SUNDAY, MAY 16, 2021 AT 11:30 AM
SPECIAL MEETING TO CONSIDER CALLING A SETTLED MINISTER
VIA ZOOM
 
            The only item on the agenda for this May 16th meeting is the question of whether to call Alex Jensen to be our Settled Minister.  Please consult the Flash and other special communications from the Ministerial Search Committee to learn how to participate in this meeting and cast your vote.

REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING.
VIA ZOOM
 
            The 2021 Annual Meeting will take place on Zoom.  The agenda will include election of a slate of candidates for the position of Board Trustee, members of the Leadership Development Committee and the Endowment Committee.  Approval of a proposed budget for the 2021-22 fiscal year and approval of bylaws changes that are being recommended by the Board are also on the agenda.  Accompanying this notice are copies of the proposed bylaws and a separate explanation of the reasoning behind the recommended changes.  The slate of candidates has been appearing in the Flash and will be published separately there again in advance of the meeting.  A proposed budget will be posted at a later date.
