Last Year's Impact
Through last year's 12 Days of UNITI campaign, UNITI successfully completed several projects with the funds raised. Here are three of last year’s successful projects:
The Self Advocates of Semiahmoo partnered with Translink to promote awareness for accessible spaces on transit.
With the Community Belonging fund, our Community Services developed a vegetable garden, contributing to food security for a local family.
We sought support for vehicles, and the community responded with enthusiasm! Through funds raised for vehicles last year, we were able to purchase a new van. Having wheelchair-accessible and reliable vehicles is essential for our community members to participate in activities in the Lower Mainland.
