February is a rather bleak and unappreciated month. The excitement of the Winter Holidays is gone, the promise of January's new beginnings has passed, and we are waiting for Spring to arrive in March. Let's hope the rodent fails to see his shadow on on Friday (Groundhog Day.)

February does not have to be bleak.

At Fundemonium we have plenty of FUN things to do in store or to take home to play. Plus you have an extra Day to Play for Leap Year!

Fundemonium Parties: Slot Car Racing

Classic Racing Fun that is popular for all ages!

If you’re looking to experience the exhilarating realm of slot car racing for kids and adults try a Slot Car Racing party.

During these electrifying events, party guests are invited to immerse themselves in the heart-pounding action of racing scale slot cars on our classic custom wooden slot car track.

Your friendly host will be there every step of the way, offering guidance to racers and managing the excitement on the track.

Up to four guests can go head-to-head in heart-pounding races, while the remaining partygoers step into the role of “Turn Marshalls,” who are tasked with placing any wayward or crashed cars back onto the track, ensuring the excitement never wanes.

This is an activities host position with some sales of toys and hobby products. You should have experience in hosting, entertaining, and managing groups of children to provide a safe and fun experience.

If you are:

Eager to host fun parties and activities for kids and adults
Full of joyful energy and ready to deliver an entertaining party
Enjoy dressing up and posing for pictures with kids
Creative and capable of researching and delivering new party experiences to fit our party themes
Energetic, friendly, and excellent with children
Patient and service oriented

Lorcana TCG Play

Mondays, 6pm to 9pm

Disney Lorcana is an immersive trading card game. Wield magic inks and the wonder of Lorcana itself to assemble a powerful team of Disney characters!

Join us every Monday for our weekly Lorcana Nights. A great way to meet new like-minded people, trade cards, share your collections, and test your latest decks!

$5 entry, $5 Credit to use that day.

Mondays, 6pm-9pm

Redwood Empire Model Shipwrights

Saturday, February 3rd, 10am to 12pm

Meet with a group of modelers to discuss the fine art of model ship building.

All ship types are represented including wooden sailing ships, radio control, and plastic kits.

Each meeting includes discussion of new events and a show and tell of the models brought to the meeting.

Fee is $5 per person and includes a $5 credit to be used that day.

International Plastic Modelers' Society

Monday, February 5th, 7pm to 9pm

Meet with members of the International Plastic Modeler’s Society (IPMS) to talk about building scale models.

The club is well organized and presents new kit and model contest information, how to demonstrations, and member show-and-tells at each meeting. Members enjoy all subjects of scale models with a special interest in military models.

Event fee is $5 per person and includes a $5 credit to be used that evening.

LEGO Mini-Fig Swap Night

Tuesday, February 6th, 6pm to 8pm

The First Tuesday of every month.

Free event.

Bring mini-figs you want to swap displayed on a baseplate. If you don’t have a baseplate, you can borrow one of ours!

Then trade Mini figs with other fans.

Kids under 16 must have parent present!

LEGO Robotics Workshop

Monday, February 19th, 1pm to 3pm

Learn fundamental science and engineering while having fun

building with your favorite blocks – LEGO®! Use ViNee – our custom

motorized hub to build some cool moving LEGO® models and

customize using your creativity and imagination!

Students will be provided with instructions and materials to build one or more models.

Students will also be able to create their own models using materials provided!

At the end of the class, all materials are returned to the instructor.

12 spots only.
$35/per student.

Pokemon League Challenge Tournament

Sunday, February 25th, 11am to 2pm

Compete in the Fundemonium first ever League Challenge!

A League Challenge is a small entry-level tournament for Pokémon where participants can earn the chance of gaining Championship Points and work towards an invite to the World Championships!

This is a Standard Constructed Format using Swiss rounds.
Rounds will be 30 minutes long, best of ones.
Number of rounds dependent on number of participants
A Pokémon Play! ID and a deck list is required for registration.
Deck lists must be turned in prior to event start.

$15 entry, Sunday, February 25nd, 12-2pm

Ravensburger Puzzle Speed Building Competition

Friday, March 1st, 6pm to 8pm

A puzzle competition is FUN for adults and kids alike.

Teams of puzzle builders race to see who can finish a jigsaw puzzle the fastest.

Teams can consist of all adults or adults and children (teams with children under 16 years old must have one adult on the team.)
Teams must be at least two people and no more than four people.
Entry fee is $40 per team.
15 team spots available.

We've got a whole host of Unlock! games to choose from!

These are escape rooms in a box, designed for 1-6 players, and comes with varying skill levels that'll work for the first time novice to the experienced escape artist.

Pan Am Strategy Game

Compete with Pan American Airways and others to build an air-travel empire. This game of global strategy spans four decades of industry-changing historic events, build your transportation and create large spanning airways to advance your interests.

Pan Ams strategy and hand management is very reminiscent to that of Ticket to Ride, if you are a fan of the Ticket to Ride series, you'll love Pan Am!
