National Hispanic Heritage Month
The Office of Diversity along with Mercer University School of Medicine would like to pay tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have influenced and enriched our nation and society.
 
Georgia National Fair
October 7 - 17 | 9:30 am - 10 pm
Experience the fun of the fair while sharing the importance of our mission with Georgians coming from all over our great state! Students can volunteer to give blood pressure checks, help with teddy bear clinics, or as a booth helper. Volunteers will get a free t-shirt and free entry to the fair.
PEO Scholars Award
In partnership with the national sorority PEO, the MUSM department of Bioethics and Humanities is offering the opportunity for a woman MD student in the classes of 2024 or 2025 to be nominated for the PEO Scholars Award. Students must apply for departmental nomination by October 20.

Lifting the Curtain on Addiction: Childhood Trauma and Couple Distress
