Virtual Update on the Transition from PA SIIS to PIERS

The Pennsylvania Immunization Registry (PA SIIS) is transitioning to a new Immunization Information System named Pennsylvania Immunization Electronic Registry System (PIERS) with a go-live date of January 17, 2024. On January 10, the ACMS will host a virtual webinar with PA Department of Health. Join us from 6:00 - 7:30 PM to learn about the dynamic changes reshaping Pennsylvania's immunization management landscape. Anyone with a role in documenting immunization information, managing vaccine inventory, or placing vaccine orders is encouraged to attend.

Renew your 2024 Membership Dues


It's time to renew your ACMS/PAMED dues for the 2024 membership year. In 2024, ACMS will join PAMED in offering numerous opportunities for CME credits to assist with the license renewal process. If you have unused continuing education funds through your employer, check to see if your ACMS membership qualifies as an eligible expense. If you need help processing your dues, reach out to the ACMS team for support.

Last Call - ACMS Scrub Donation Drive

The ACMS will be collecting new and gently used scrubs through Dec. 31. All scrubs will be donated directly to Dress for Success Pittsburgh. The CEO of Dress for Success, Tanya Vokes, spoke with Rick Dayton about this campaign.
