Cultivating a Culturally Responsive Program

Early Childhood Education has a culture all its own. How can early childhood professionals stay

culturally responsive while maintaining the traditions of ECE? In this 3 hour Ohio-approved

workshop, we will unpack what it means to be culturally responsive. Participants will discover the 5

principles for Culturally Responsive Programs. During this workshop teachers and administrators

will explore how to promote culturally responsive thinking and activities across the early childhood

program.

Teacher Promise Grants application deadline is open through July 27, 2022. 

Eligibility Requirements

• Lead Teacher must be employed Full Time (35 hours a week) at an eligible CPP Tuition Assistance Site
• Identified Lead Teacher must be employed for a minimum of 6 weeks at the time of application 
• Tuition Assistance Site must meet 10% CPP's Tuition Assistance enrollment requirement

Extra Supplies

CPP has a small quantity of child-size masks, adult masks, face shields, disposable gowns and gloves remaining to give to providers. Please email tdelvalle@cincy-promise.org to submit your request. Requests will be filled until supplies are depleted.
