"I want my students to take the experience of discovering the fullness of their being. To know that there is more to life and healing than just the physical aspects, like the energy of thoughts, emotions, and spiritual aspects. Know their life's purpose and why people do not heal and how they can.”

We asked Angelika what she loves about IHN and teaching her courses:

"I have been a teacher since 1980 and simply love this tool for connecting and empowering others. In-person or via zoom, there is no greater joy for me. Teaching my favourite courses at IHN, Psychology of Disease and Ayurveda: Mind/Body Healing, allows me to expand students’ perspectives for profound healing modalities.

It is a great joy to know I am fulfilling my life's purpose each time I get to witness their growth, breakthroughs, and fabulous healings in the quality of life. IHN is a unique place to be a part of, like an extended family. It is a place of heart and soul and deep caring for all who are involved."

EWG Nutritionist, Aurora Meadows confirms, “Too often, the FDA allows the food and chemical industry to determine which ingredients are safe for consumption. The Department of Agriculture reviews the safety of ingredients allowed in organic foods every five years.”

This zippy rhizome hails from Southeast Asia. Aromatic and pungent, ginger root has many culinary uses and a long history of use in natural medicine. Ginger is highly effective for easing digestive issues and contains a bioactive compound called Gingerol, which acts as a potent antioxidant and strong anti-inflammatory. This makes ginger a great tool for relieving pain, managing arthritis, headaches, and menstrual cramps. Ginger can also support the immune system and help protect against the cold and flu with its antimicrobial properties.
