What else are we voting on?
Municipal ballot: Plebiscite on water fluoridation

Provincial ballot: Provincial referendums on Daylight Savings Time (DST) and Federal equalization payments; Senate Nominees

More on those:

Water fluoridation: Here are the candidates' positions on the City starting to again add fluoride to the water supply.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) has launched a public education campaign on the benefits of fluoridated tap water. They have also launched a fact or fiction tool where you can share any questions, myths, or rumors you may have seen or heard and one of their medical experts will respond.

Their goal is to ensure the public has access to accurate, reliable and evidence-based information about water fluoridation. AHS is hosting an online public information session about Calgary Community Water Fluoridation on October 7 from 5 – 6 p.m. For information on how to register, here

Referenda: Check out this Sprawl piece for a quick overview of all these extra votes, including on DST and equalization. For a more in-depth understanding of the referenda, check out this Calgary Public Library webinar.
