At our graduation ceremony participants share their vision board with the group. They talk about what each image or phrase means to them and how it shapes their journey. Some of the images or words we often see are connected to gratitude, peace, courage, creativity, compassion, faith, resilience and forgiveness. Others include education, abundance, love, improved health, nature, spirituality, family and friends. Participants also highlight joy, grace, developing routines, community volunteer work, equity, employment, travel, mindfulness, preparing for the future, saving money, permanent housing, and living a purposeful long life. This time of sharing is very inspiring, and each board is a beautiful and poignant work of art.
