A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Greetings Primary Families,

Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed our winter concerts as well as the winter break. It is hard to believe that the end of the first semester is just around the corner.

For the month of January, we will be having a weekly drawing for students who attend the entire week. Every week in January there will be a Friday raffle basket drawing with all the students that have attended for the entire week.

Summer Learning information will be coming out soon. Registration will be taking place in February.

Here's to Every Marine Every Day!

DECEMBER ATTENDANCE

We had 168 students with perfect attendance this month.

Would you like to help support our students? We will have many opportunities for volunteering throughout the upcoming school year. We are looking for individuals to read to students, assist with classroom events, as well as field trips, and PTO. All volunteers need to be enrolled. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit our Secure Volunteer Site and apply today.

*Excused Absence: Illness, doctor appointment, accident or death in the family.. Parents must call the school by 9:00 a.m. each day of an absence. A written notice of excuse must be given to the school upon return. If the student is out for an appointment, a doctor's note is required.

*Tardiness: A student who arrives after 8:05 am will be considered tardy and must be signed in by a parent/guardian. Students who arrive after 10:00 a.m. will be considered absent for the morning.

*Request for Early Dismissal: Parents/guardians requesting to pick up a child early for any reason must call the school building prior to picking up the child early.
