We're Getting Closer

Every Day!

Amazing progress for projects is taking place:

• We continue making rapid progress on our two new staff housing buildings. With the new metal roofs almost done and rough-in for HVAC, electrical and plumbing nearly complete, we move on to insulation and drywall installation. Just in time for our rainy cold season setting in!
• Thanks to generous donations, we have enough cash on hand to finish staff housing by late winter.
• The Craft Barn renovation is almost complete and ready for use.
• Dam repair is our next big project with preliminary work already underway!

As of today, we've raised

$1,842,000.00

towards our $3.2 million+ goal

We want to give special thanks to all our Roots & Wings donors. You are part of our first ever capital campaign, funding projects that enhance guest needs, expand program capabilities, improve infrastructure, and move our current Mountain initiatives forward.

Each year The Mountain hosts guests in youth

camps and CONferences, music programs,

congregational retreats, spirituality programs, affinity groups, holiday celebrations, and much more.

This generational investment will provide more

life-enriching experiences for youth and adults.

Above are some of the many people making valuable connections at The Mountain.

They are making new friends, communing with nature, and gaining

insight into who they are and their place in the world.

We are charter members of The Mountain and we, our children, our grandchildren, and our friends have been to The Mountain almost every year since it opened. We still enjoy and are renewed by it every visit. We believe The Mountain is needed now more than ever to serve UU's and others of all ages and, with expanded and updated facilities, can serve larger numbers in these difficult times. We need this special place of retreat, learning, reflection and camaraderie.
