After three years of decline, Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's Office has reported that the Village of Key Biscayne's estimated taxable property value has increased by 0.7%.

Chief Financial Officer Benjamin Nussbaum stated that the upward trajectory is good news for Village homeowners, as this represents an increase in home values.

These values are estimated by the County and are based on taxable value on January 1, 2021 appraised market value, but are not a direct representation of market value.
