The Frosted Apron Presents:
"Poboys & Puppies"
NEW IBERIA, La. --- The Frosted Apron is hosting "Poboys & Puppies," an adoption event for the animals of Iberia Parish Animal Control (IPAC) Sat., June 4 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Iberia Parish Animal Shelter (2017 Seaway Access Rd., New Iberia).

"The shelter is full so the cats and dogs need our help," said Stacey Dempsey, The Frosted Apron's owner. "We're hoping this will be the day they find their furever home."

There will be free sausage poboys and refreshments (while supplies last), doggy kisses and activities, including live music by Jaxon Meche, a fun jump, face painting, cupcake walk, bunny petting station, kids craft, games and a meet-and-greet with the sweet fur babies of IPAC.

Admission is free but they are asking for each family to bring in at least one dog or cat food item (dry food or cans) to donate to the shelter. All the details about this event along with the list of food items the shelter needs are listed on the event Facebook page.

For more information, contact Stacey Dempsey with The Frosted Apron at (337) 201-1952, thefrostedapron@gmail.com or visit the event's page on Facebook.
