Help us put the finishing touches on the restoration of the Vietnam Memorial in Riverfront Park! Thanks to the support of generous donors, restoration of the memorial and the surrounding area is nearly complete. We're looking for six volunteers to help place turf (grass) sod in the landscape area around the memorial.

Volunteers must have the ability to lift and place up to 20lbs for 2+ hours. Long pants and sturdy shoes as well as gloves are encouraged. Bring water and dress for current weather conditions.

Firewise Lop and Drop - Oct. 23 & 24, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Come help reduce the risk of fire on the Bluff. We need help thinning thick stands of ponderosa pine, and moving the debris to chipping piles. Please bring long sleeve shirts, pants, work gloves, and sturdy boots. Some tools will be provided.
