Leadership Fairfield had a GREAT tour of several of our educational facilities in the area. A big thanks to the Miami Regionals, Fairfield City School District and Butler Tech for hosting our class last week.

In addition, we were excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of CrossFit Fairfield with a ribbon cutting on Friday.

Equal Pay Day marks the ongoing struggle for gender pay equity, highlighting the disparity between men's and women's earnings. Originating in the United States in 1996, the National Committee on Pay Equity established this observance to symbolize how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year. Since its inception, Equal Pay Day has expanded globally, with various countries adopting their own dates to raise awareness and advocate for fair wages, addressing systemic biases and promoting policies that ensure equal pay for equal work.
