She was formerly on the Investment Committees of The Myer Foundation and the Aesop Foundation. Leila White

Leila joined the Future Fund in April 2022 as the Head of Talent reporting to the Chief People, Culture and Inclusion Officer. In this role, Leila is responsible for the Future Fund’s Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Leadership Development functions. In 2023 she took on an expanded role adding Diversity and Employment brand to her remit. Prior to joining the Future Fund, Leila held senior Talent Acquisition roles with BCG and international architecture and design firm, Hassell in Melbourne. From 2008 to 2018, Leila was based in Singapore where she managed regional Talent Acquisition teams for Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Sussex.

Wai-Kwan Chislett is a senior associate on the Overlays (Markets) Team at the Future Fund which oversees and manages the fund's derivatives portfolio. Wai-Kwan joined Future Fund in September 2020 as an analyst on the Economics and Capital Markets team before moving into the Overlays team in August 2022. Prior to her roles at Future Fund, Wai-Kwan held research and clinical roles in public health. Wai-Kwan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Masters of International Community Development and a PhD from the College of Health and Biomedicine from Victoria University. She has been a committee member of 100 Women in Finance Australia since 2021 and is committed to helping build a more diverse and gender equitable finance industry.
