Bee Choo Ng

Principal, Investment Performance, Risk & Reporting, Australian Super


Bee Choo Ng is Principal, Investment Performance, Risk & Reporting at Australian Super. She has almost 20 years of experience in the finance industry and started her career at NAB Asset Servicing. Bee is passionate about leadership development and supporting others to thrive in their career. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Degree with Honours) from the University of Melbourne, is a CFA charter holder and a certified organisational coach.


Farren Williams

Advisor and Partner, Koda Capital


Farren has over 23 years’ experience in the industry, providing tailored solutions to clients. Farren works with wealthy individuals & family groups and non-profits & charitable foundations helping them to achieve their objectives. She has a passion for helping clients with their wealth management needs and has extensive experience in investment governance, responsible & impact investing, bespoke portfolio design, succession planning, superannuation, estate planning and philanthropy. Farren is a member of Koda’s Non-Profit & Responsible Investment Committee and the RAP Working Group. Farren is on the Board of the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA), the Treasurer of RIAA and a member of the RIAA Governance Committee and the RIAA Certification Assessment Panel; is the Chair of the Royal Botanic Gardens Foundation Victoria Ltd and a member of the Finance & Audit Committee. She was formerly on the Investment Committees of The Myer Foundation and the Aesop Foundation. Farren has completed the Certified Financial Planner qualification, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Order of Merit), and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science.


Leila White

Head of Talent, Diversity & Employment Brand, The Future Fund


Leila joined the Future Fund in April 2022 as the Head of Talent reporting to the Chief People, Culture and Inclusion Officer. In this role, Leila is responsible for the Future Fund’s Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Leadership Development functions. In 2023 she took on an expanded role adding Diversity and Employment brand to her remit. Prior to joining the Future Fund, Leila held senior Talent Acquisition roles with BCG and international architecture and design firm, Hassell in Melbourne. From 2008 to 2018, Leila was based in Singapore where she managed regional Talent Acquisition teams for Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Sussex.


Wai-Kwan Chislett

Senior Associate, Overlays, The Future Fund


Wai-Kwan Chislett is a senior associate on the Overlays (Markets) Team at the Future Fund which oversees and manages the fund's derivatives portfolio. Wai-Kwan joined Future Fund in September 2020 as an analyst on the Economics and Capital Markets team before moving into the Overlays team in August 2022. Prior to her roles at Future Fund, Wai-Kwan held research and clinical roles in public health. Wai-Kwan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Masters of International Community Development and a PhD from the College of Health and Biomedicine from Victoria University. She has been a committee member of 100 Women in Finance Australia since 2021 and is committed to helping build a more diverse and gender equitable finance industry.
