Community safety and security is a growing concern that United Radio takes seriously.
My team at United Radio is committed to providing state of the art, proven technology, and equipment that produces higher measures of personal safety in buildings and open areas. Most importantly our focus is to ensure we support our customers after the sale! These efforts after the sale include consistent support, customer service and training for as long as the customer requires it. We will continue to collaborate with our customers to provide the highest quality and service that enables safer to exist.
We realize that most of our customers have been waiting patiently for backorders. During my recent trip to the Motorola Executive Meeting, Motorola stated we should expect delivery of at least 50% of our back orders by the end of the second quarter. Kenwood and ICOM should be following with the same. It is our commitment to turn these receivables around within 2 business days.
