Vimar video door entry systems with the riserless solution forwards the video door entry calls from the entry panels directly to the smartphone using the Video Door app, without the need for a physical station in the apartment.
The management, configuration and use of riserless IP video door entry systems uses a the new dedicated View Vimar portal maintained by specific people, who interact with the system:

  • Plant Manager
  • User

Installer

The installer can offer solutions to replace “old” intercom systems with a smart riserless video door systems retrofitting an old multi-wire system, without using or removing the existing cables.
Plant manager

The plant manager can remotely supervise multiple systems, give administration roles of single systems to other operators, manage user data, send e-mail to users for registration to the system, send general messages to users, enable and disable user system credentials, manage access control credentials.
User

Users with smartphones and Video Door app can use the following video door entry functions: receive calls, activate the outer units or a CCTV camera from smartphone, activate the outer unit lock, activate auxiliary services, communicate with the porter switchboard if present, send and receive text messages from the porter.
