BIOGRAPHIES

Neeti Anand

Director, DIF Capital Partners


Neeti has a track record over 15+ years working in origination and asset management, delivering and executing transactions across a breadth of infrastructure assets including renewables, accommodation, utilities, transport, schools, hospitals and care homes. She has a passion for ESG and sustainability, believing it to be a fundamental value add to deals and that it should be incorporated early into deals as well as continually monitored and developed during the lifetime of assets.


Seyda Duman

Special Counsel, Milbank


As special counsel in the Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group, Seyda has extensive experience advising commercial banks, export credit agencies, other multilateral finance institutions and project sponsors, on a variety of cross-border project financings in various industries and sectors. Seyda is also a fluent Turkish speaker and has extensive experience in Turkey.


Annija Jolivet

Vice President, IFM Investors


Annija is a Vice President in the Infrastructure Equity team at IFM Investors where she focuses on origination and execution of infrastructure transactions and related asset management. During her time at IFM Investors, Annija has worked on numerous successful acquisitions across various infrastructure subsectors, including utilities, ports, airports and fibre. Prior to joining IFM Investors in 2017, Annija worked at Nomura in London and Raiffeisen in Vienna. Annija holds a BSc from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and she continues to actively support students in the region through the Alumni Mentorship program.


Josie McVitty

Principal, Stepstone Group


Josie McVitty is a Principal in StepStone’s Infrastructure and Real Assets team. Prior to joining StepStone, she led the infrastructure programme at New Zealand’s sovereign wealth fund, NZ Super, where she was responsible for strategy and oversaw the development of a portfolio of direct, fund and co-investments. She has also held roles at the sustainable infrastructure manager Actis, IHS Investments in South Africa, and the World Bank. Josie has an Executive MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University, and Bachelor of Engineering and Arts from the University of Auckland.


Nicole Taylor

Vice President, EIG Partners


Nicole Taylor is a Vice President and a member of the energy transition investment team, based in London. She joined EIG in 2022 from Augusta & Co where she was a member of the investment team responsible for equity investments across the European renewables industry. Prior to this she worked at Legal and General Investment Management, where she focused on origination and execution of European infrastructure debt investments across the renewable energy, regulated utility, transportation, and social infrastructure sectors. She started her career at ING Bank in London in the infrastructure finance team. Nicole received a B.A in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.


Harriet Nyeko

Analyst, Citi


Harriet is an Analyst in the Infrastructure Finance team in the Investment Banking division at Citi focusing on transactions in EMEA. The Infrastructure Finance team has a global mandate advising clients on financing infrastructure projects across a breadth of infrastructure assets including renewables, utilities, transport and digital infrastructure. Prior to joining Citi in 2022, she worked in an originations role at Mandulis Energy an award-winning renewable energy start-up featured by World Economic Forum. She holds a Law Degree and is a licensed paralegal.
