We are elated and so grateful to announce that the City Council of Fort Collins upheld the unanimous decision of its Planning and Zoning commission from several months ago and re-approved our plan to move forward with Polestar Village. Congratulations and mahalo to everyone for all the hard work, generosity, faith, and perseverance it has taken all of us to get this far. You can now reserve a lot or building product at Polestar Village and there are several other ways to support the project financially while making a solid return on your investment. (Contact us for more information.) We have begun work on our 'Final Development Plan' and we plan to break ground this Fall!
