FRF Board sends letter on water rates

.....At its meeting last week, the FRF Board agreed to send a letter to Mayor Lumumba in regards to discussions on alternative water rate structures.

.....The letter encouraged three considerations:

• Encouraging good stewardship of precious water resources
• Continuing usage-based billing
• Ensuring access for low income residents
